The selection process for Rajasthan Police Constable Syllabus consists of two stages

1. First Stage is the Written Exam
2. Second Stage is the Physical Exam and Interview.

Rajasthan Police Constable Exam Pattern

Rajasthan Police Constable Preparation Strategy 

The candidates have to prepare thoroughly for the Written Exam, Physical Standard test, Physical Efficiency Test as well for Proficiency test. Here are some stage-wise tips for preparation to give you a better understanding.

Written Exam

• Take the help of newspapers and E-learning to prepare for current affairs and general knowledge. Also, refer to books that cover general knowledge of the past 2 years.
• Develop a good understanding of the position of women and children in the Rajasthan state and in India.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Exercise regularly and maintain your weight according to the given guidelines.
• Make a habit of running daily. Start off with running to small distances like 200 metres in the start and then increase gradually. This will help you in the PET.

Proficiency test

• Have your two-wheeler as well as four-wheeler driving license updated and ready before the exam.
• Learn horse riding and driving vehicles, if you don't know, and try to be a master in it.

Rajasthan Police Constable PET (Physical Efficiency Test) Pattern 2022

For Male: Rajasthan Police Constable Physical Requirement

• Height – Minimum 168 cm
• Chest – Minimum 81 cm (Minimum expansion 5 cm)
• Race – 5 km cm Race should be completed within 30 minutes

For Female:

• Height – Minimum 157 cm
• Race – 5 km Race should be completed within 35 minutes

After that, the conducting body will invite qualified candidates for Medical Test and after that Document verification. Those will successfully be submitted their complete documents they will be selected for this job. 

Rajasthan Police SI

There are three stages in the  Exam Pattern. The very first stage is the Written Exam. In this, there are sections like General Knowledge, General Hindi, and General Science. In these three sections, there are various topics covered you can have detailed knowledge about it below.

Rajasthan Police SI Physical Test

After the written exam, the candidates have to pass the physical test too after passing this test only candidates will be given a chance for the interview round. There is not as much syllabus of the physical test as it is a practical test but there are different physique requirements for both categories of male and female. Below we have mentioned details about it.

Male:

• Height: The minimum required height for these posts 168 cm that is 5’5 feet.
• Chest: The chest required is a Minimum of 81 cm with a minimum of 5 cm expansion.

For Female:

Height: The minimum required height for the posts is 157 cm that is 5’1 feet.

Chest: The criteria of Chest measurement are not applicable to women candidates.

Rajasthan Police SI Exam Pattern

Candidates must be aware of the Rajasthan Police SI exam pattern. The written exam will be held for a total of 400 Marks in total. This exam has two papers that are Paper-I which is for General Hindi and Paper-II which is for General knowledge and General Science. Each paper is of 200 marks.
